How did Tegoshi became from a nobody with ugly hair and teeth to somebody with hawt hair, teeth and eyes?

Mini self intro:
Tegoshi is the youngest member of NEWS. he's also the luckiest member in JE.

why is Tegoshi the luckiest?
because he like joined JE for like 10 months before getting recruited in NEWS.
10 months! i bet many JE juniors want to strangle him.
the other NEWS member didnt like him at first and think how did this brat get here.
but they eventually learn to love him. Tegoshi also contributed alot to NEWS.

he went to put invisible braces together with Koyama and Shige.

Tegoshi have a dog that he bought when he was 13 years old! (adorable)
he said it was love at first sight at the petshop and he had to have her, so he used all his savings to bring her home :D (just feel the love)
anddd, Tegoshi's getting hotter, he said his dog, Tinny-chan, loves removing his boxers.
xD like when he's ready to bathe or just sitting there, Tinny-chan will just bite onto his boxer and pulllllllllll. yes, Tinny-chan is a female dog. oh my.
